Interpol's set was okay definitely not as good as spoon. But I got done cool photos

Just finished the @spoontheband set at Stifel theater. They brought down the house. Easily one of the best live performances I've ever seen. The Chesterfield Mall is an interesting experience to say the least. With almost all of the stores closed it's a fairly barren place. The bright spot is definitely the vintage stock which is closed off to the rest of the mall. I would say the mall is completely dead if there wasn't one big thing it seems like Chesterfield is trying to make this into a community center. There seems to be an area for live music and for badminton. And those areas seemed pretty packed. I've been to a few dead malls and it's interesting to see how Chesterfield is actively trying to keep it alive and do something different with it. Only time will tell though if they're able to completely transform it into a community center. #liminalspace

Got to try a new savory beignet from @beignetallday2022 I had just the right amount of spice and it paired perfectly with the marinara sauce.

Went to the Hi Pointe Drive in, yesterday with my girlfriend @alyssaspecht20 and we had a great time. The burgers were good and the sweet potato tater tots were amazing. If you go though try to find a time where they're not super busy because it gets packed.

I finally got business cards. Usually, I have my phone number on these, but since this is going on Insta for the world to see I decided to edit that out. But if you need to reach me you can always contact me here or through my email/website.

Yesterday I was out of the city for an appointment and we stopped at a small sandwich shop called Wimpy's for lunch. It's a place I used to frequent with my family but probably haven't gone to you in more than 10 years. I can honestly say it still has great sandwiches and burgers. Easily some of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for something with that small diner feel that just so happens to be Popeye's themed you can't go wrong here. There's a reason the place has been open since 1935. If you're ever in the Washington area I would highly recommend checking it out.

I've been extremely ill for the past week but I'm finally feeling better so I got some more photos for you all.

Since I am personally unsatisfied with my photos today I'm posting this reel as well. I'm also keeping the original audio because I think the audience participation was pretty good. Since there's a song in it I'm predicting it's going to get taken down so we'll see how that goes.

I'm not super happy with my photos this time around. I was using the wrong setting on my camera and didn't notice till it was too late. I was still using the settings I normally use for stills, and I never switch to a high shutter speed. That's one of the things you risk when you run and gun like I do. It's always best to take a moment and see how the first few turn out before you take a few hundred of them. I try to be very honest here and share my real-world experience with you guys. Yesterday was Tuesdays in the Park. Every Tuesday until Aug. 30 there's a concert, food vendors, and local artists all in Strauss Park from 5 pm - to 8 pm. The music this time was provided by @ferbworks. Food was handled by @allrolledupstl, @sugoisushi.stl, and Beignets All Day. I got to try all of them, and they were all fantastic. Yesterday I was at the South county center. It's interesting to see a mall that's in between states. It has enough people and stores to where it's definitely not dead but it's not thriving either. It's like smack right in the middle between West county and the Mills. These are some of my more liminal photos I took. I have another set which shows the mall a bit more active. The giant empty space was one of the mall's main anchors the Sears which as we all know now is pretty much dead as a company.
